Delete Your Account
You can delete your Terasor account at any time. Here's how.
Option 1: Delete from Settings
The fastest way, if you can still log in.
- Log in to your Terasor account on the web or mobile app.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Option 2: Request by Email
If you can't log in, email us and we'll handle it for you.
Send an email to hello@suruli.io with the subject line:
Account Deletion Request
Include the email address associated with your account so we can verify and process your request. We'll confirm by email once the account has been deleted.
What Gets Deleted
Account deletion is permanent and removes all of your personal data from Terasor.
- Your profile, name, email, phone, and any photos you uploaded
- Your charter history, bids, messages, and reviews
- Any saved payment methods and Stripe Connect details
- Notification settings
Some records may be retained in anonymised form where required by law (for example, tax and payment records). See our Privacy Policy for details.
