A public pilot page
A page of your own in the pilot directory, carrying your work, your equipment and the area you cover. It is created when you sign up, it is public by default, and it is in the sitemap like any other page on the site.

Jobs you do at a set price, each on its own page under your pilot page. When a customer wants one, make them a private link or a QR code and they pay by card, held until they have the footage. You earn 90% of the price before payment processing fees. Publishing an offer is free. Taking payment needs your payout details set up.
How My Offers works3D World
A single drone flight over a building, a roof or a site becomes a 3D scene on its own page, free to open and credited to whoever flew it. Uploading is open to every active pilot, it costs nothing, and a person reviews each capture before it goes public.

Add the .srt file your DJI drone saves with each video to see the route on a map and a height graph you can play back; the file is read on your device and never uploaded. Terasor is early and we would rather say so. There is no queue of work waiting for you today. What is here from the day you join is a place to put your work where it can be found, tools that cost nothing, and a say in what gets built next.
There are three ways a client can charter a drone, built to offer different balances of flexibility, price and speed. When work does come, it arrives as one of these.

A client posts a job with specific requirements and pilots quote against it. The price and the schedule in a bid are the bidder's to set.

Work you find yourself can run through Terasor too. With My Offers you set a price for a job once, and when a customer wants it they pay by card from a private link or a QR code on your phone. Their card is held until they have the footage. How My Offers works
What it costs
Joining costs nothing and there is no monthly charge. The platform takes 10 percent of a completed charter, which is what pays for running it. Card and Stripe processing come off separately and depend on where both parties are in the world.
What you need
A drone, and it does not need to be an expensive one. An entry-level drone is capable of high-definition video and of survey, inspection and content work. More capable equipment opens up work that asks for it, such as thermal imaging and mapping.
Insurance and credentials are recorded on your profile as declarations and shown on your public page so a client can see them. Terasor does not verify them, and the page does not say that it does.

Where this goes, and how you shape it
We started this site because we are enthusiasts, the kind of people who have spent way too much money on batteries and way too many hours on YouTube rabbit holes about flight controllers. We love this stuff.
There is a bigger reason too. When a technology is about to become part of the fabric of everyday life, and drones genuinely are, there is always a fork in the road. One path leads to a handful of giant corporations owning the whole sky. The other leads to a community of real people, building something together from the ground up, or perhaps from the air down.
We know which path we would rather take. Which one it turns out to be depends on there being enough working pilots with somewhere of their own to stand.
What gets built next is not decided in private. The community is where pilots say what is missing and what would actually help, and it is read by the people building this. If something on Terasor is wrong or absent, saying so there is the shortest route to it changing.
This is a platform built by drone people, for drone people. The sky is not the limit here. It is the whole point.
Feature Request is the category for what Terasor is missing. General is the open category for everything else, and Category Request is for asking for a new forum category rather than a new feature.

Steps two to five are in your dashboard, so they need an account first.
Create a pilot account
Email, a password, and the country and base location you fly from. Nothing to pay.
Set the area you cover
Charter search settings in your dashboard hold a separate radius for each of the three charter types. These are what decide whether a new charter near you reaches you at all.
Add the drone you fly
Your equipment appears on your public page, and Flight Window reads it: wind, gusts, rain, temperature and daylight, judged hour by hour against the manufacturer figures for that aircraft, at any location you choose. Free with a pilot account.
Put your work on your page
Portfolio items, services and your declarations are what a client reads first, and they are the difference between a page that exists and a page that says anything.
