I spend up to an hour on site filming the property with a fly-through and external cinematic shots in 4K, then edit a 30 to 45 second highlight clip that's ready for listings and social media, along with aerial stills. I check the airspace and weather before the shoot, and everything is licensed for your online marketing. Add-ons are available on request: a 1-minute version (£75), a vertical cut for Reels and Stories (£50), a logo and contact overlay (£50), or an extra edit revision (£50).
