Because the skies are about to get a lot busier.

Drones are coming, and it will be good. Fewer delivery vans clogging up your street. Cleaner air in our cities. A faster, greener way to move goods around the world. Package on your doorstep? Drone. Medical supplies to a remote village? Drone. Checking on your crops, inspecting a roof, filming a wedding, or simply sending your crush some peanut M&Ms on a Sunday afternoon? Drone.

Drone, drone, drone.

We started this site because we're enthusiasts — the kind of people who have spent way too much money on batteries and way too many hours on YouTube rabbit holes about flight controllers. We love this stuff. And we noticed something: there are thousands of incredible flying machines sitting in garages and spare rooms, thousands of people who need those machines, and no good way to connect them.

So we did.

But there's a bigger reason too. When a technology is about to become part of the fabric of everyday life — and drones genuinely are — there's always a fork in the road. One path leads to a handful of giant corporations owning the whole sky. The other leads to a community of real people, building something together from the ground up (or perhaps, from the air down).

We know which path we'd rather take.

This is a platform built by drone people, for drone people, and for anyone curious enough to join in. The sky's not the limit here — it's the whole point.
